## Description

Sleep & Metabolic Performance is a physician-led program focused on the relationship between disordered sleep and metabolic health. Founded and personally led by Jeeten Jamnadas, MD, who is board-certified in Sleep and Family Medicine and fellowship-trained at the University of Michigan, the practice aims to investigate underlying contributors to poor sleep rather than treat symptoms alone. Based at Aristotle Education in Orlando, it also offers telehealth.

The Sleep Restoration Program begins with an extended consultation and a tailored diagnostic workup. Depending on the case, evaluation may include a comprehensive home sleep study, metabolic and inflammatory bloodwork, dynamic insulin and glucose testing, DEXA body-composition scanning, cardiovascular imaging, ultrasound, echocardiography, and testing related to gut health, environmental toxins, and food sensitivities. Findings are used to shape an individualized care plan addressing factors such as breathing and airway function, autonomic balance, insulin resistance, visceral fat, inflammation, gut health, and circadian biology. The program presents therapy as one component of care, alongside investigation and treatment of relevant physiologic factors.
