## Description

FlowBank Ltd., once a prominent financial service provider, has been declared bankrupt effective June 13, 2024, and is now undergoing a liquidation process. This transition has led to the establishment of an official website dedicated to providing clients and creditors with updates regarding the status of the liquidation. Various communication efforts have been made by the liquidators, including announcements that outline the procedures for clients to manage their finances during this challenging time. FlowBank offered a range of products and services, including trading accounts, securities services, and CFD accounts. Clients are now instructed on how to navigate their account structures, which have been modified for the liquidation, encompassing several sub-accounts for cash, CFD gains, and corporate actions. While processes for transferring securities and seeking reimbursement for secured deposits are ongoing, the liquidators emphasize the importance of direct communication with affected clients to address their queries efficiently. For additional support, clients can reach customer service or consult the dedicated liquidators' communication channels.
