## Description

Forms have always been the least-loved part of doing business: the bit a customer tolerates on the way to what they actually came for. Flowella puts them where people already are.

Flowella turns the forms you already use into native WhatsApp Flows. Customers tap through a few screens without leaving the chat, and every answer comes back as a structured field, not a free-text reply someone has to retype. In HubSpot, completions arrive as genuine form submissions, so the workflows, lead scoring and reporting you already run keep firing unchanged. It works on every HubSpot tier, Free and Starter included. Flowella also runs on its own, and its API and webhooks connect it to other CRMs and tools.

Teams use it to qualify leads, sign people up for events, collect applications and run campaigns on the channel their customers already check. Meta's WhatsApp delivery fees pass through at cost, with no markup.

Flowella comes from the team behind Discover Digital, a HubSpot Platinum Partner agency in Reading, UK. It has been listed on the HubSpot App Marketplace since December 2025, is Cyber Essentials certified, and is available to UK public sector buyers through G-Cloud 15.
