## Description

Sportacademy FLOWINGARTS is a martial arts and fitness academy in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria, offering training for children, teenagers and adults. Its program includes Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai and K1 kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and Krav Maga self-defense. Beginners can build core skills through introductory courses, while more experienced students can pursue Gi and NoGi BJJ, wrestling, leglocks and intermediate MMA. The academy also offers a women-only BJJ class, early-morning NoGi sessions and age-specific programs for children and teenagers, including MMA, BJJ and Krav Maga groups.

FLOWINGARTS presents training as a way to develop physical fitness, confidence, discipline and community, with an emphasis on respect and supportive coaching. Beginner BJJ sessions focus on foundational techniques and structured positional sparring. Training can support fitness, self-defense or competition goals, and the academy lists a competition scholarship among its offerings. Prospective members can book a free trial session; the team contacts them to arrange a suitable time and discuss the right training option.
