# Flow met Fem - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `flowmetfem.nl` ## Description Flow met Fem offers accessible outdoor exercise for people seeking balance in mind and body through enjoyable movement rather than performance-driven training. Based in Elst, the brand leads small-group sessions in the surrounding natural areas, where participants can exercise among greenery, water and fresh air. Its approach is social, relaxed and welcoming to beginners as well as people with some experience. The main offering, Slow Sports, combines varied activities to help participants build fitness, strength and balance while making time for relaxation. Slow Run blends short stretches of faster running with slower movement or walking, alongside guidance on running technique, breathing and strengthening exercises. Slow Jog is a course for beginners or those who have struggled to take up jogging, helping them develop their fitness and pace gradually and responsibly. Sessions take place at locations in Elst, including Park Lingezegen for scheduled Slow Sports groups. Flow met Fem offers a free Slow Sports trial, lesson packages for Slow Sports or Slow Run, and a Slow Jog course. ## Industries - 🏈 Sports - 🏈 Running _(under Sports)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/flowmetfem) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id_773lqAV/w/1112/h/707/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793695813652) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id_773lqAV/w/150/h/150/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793695814139) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Orient | #005a87 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Goldenrod | #ffcb70 | light | --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
