## Description

FluCamp is a UK clinical research organisation that recruits volunteers for paid medical trials focused on viral illnesses and related conditions. Its research includes clinical trials for flu, asthma and COVID-19, as well as RSV vaccine studies, with opportunities available in London and Manchester. The organisation says its work aims to help fight viruses, including illnesses that disproportionately affect vulnerable populations, and depends on volunteers to advance its research.

Prospective participants can apply online and undergo health screening, which may include a review of medical history and blood, urine and ECG tests. FluCamp assesses eligibility and matches suitable volunteers with a study, then explains the allocated trial so they can decide whether to participate. Trial schedules and eligibility vary, and repeat participation may be possible subject to availability and a three-month interval.

Compensation is offered for participation, with the site advertising payments of up to £275 per day. FluCamp also provides information about the volunteer experience, frequently asked questions and a referral scheme.
