## Description

Fly Girl Collective is a vibrant community designed for Black women and women of color (WOC) who believe in the transformative power of movement and sisterhood. Founded by Matilda Egere-Cooper, an accomplished journalist and fitness enthusiast, the Collective serves as a safe wellness space that promotes personal growth while addressing health disparities influenced by systemic barriers and discrimination. Through various activities such as run clubs, life coaching sessions, and social events, members unite to cultivate resilience and support each other in their journeys towards becoming the flyest versions of themselves.

Each year, the Collective offers an exciting lineup of events, including epic retreats and seasonal fitness meetups that foster deep connections among participants. With a focus on empowerment and community, Fly Girl Collective not only champions physical wellness but also nurtures friendships that last a lifetime. By celebrating each other's achievements, the Collective inspires members to embrace their leadership potential and thrive together, one stride at a time. Join the movement and experience the joy of community empowerment!
