## Description

IFR Flight Training School is a flight instruction provider based at Georgetown Municipal Airport in Georgetown, Texas, north of Austin. The school serves aspiring pilots, experienced aviators, business professionals, and young learners through training programs designed to build skill, confidence, and safety. Its instruction covers a broad range of certifications and endorsements, from student and private pilot through commercial pilot and Airline Transport Pilot, as well as flight instructor qualifications, instrument ratings, tailwheel, high-performance, complex-aircraft, and technically advanced aircraft endorsements. The school also offers aviation education for youth and homeschool students, currency and specialty courses, IFR workshops, trip rehearsals, and an instrument procedures program. Students can practise in an ELITE PI-135 professional BATD simulator, which is FAA-approved for logging instrument time and supports training across multiple aircraft types. IFR Flight Training School emphasizes proficiency beyond minimum standards, with FAA-certificated instructors and structured course materials. It also provides assistance with aircraft acquisition and management, and presents aviation art celebrating the history of flight.
