## Description

Fnality International is a leading brand in the financial industry, specializing in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). Originally a research project, Fnality grew into a consortium of financial institutions dedicated to exploring the use of tokenized cash assets to settle securities trades. This initiative, known as the Utility Settlement Coin (USC) Project, aimed to address major challenges in the financial market infrastructure. Fnality offers a peer-to-peer digital cash asset that settles tokenized transactions with finality. Their payment solution is available in multiple currencies and can interoperate across various business platforms, supporting both PvP and DvP settlement of financial transactions. It ensures reliability by representing digital money held in a central bank account, similar to fiat currency. With 16 major institutional shareholders, including prominent banks like Barclays, Santander, and Credit Suisse, Fnality has established itself as a trusted and influential player in the industry. Their leadership team, consisting of experienced professionals, guides the company in developing innovative solutions for finance and technology. Fnality is also actively involved in partnerships and trade associations such as the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance (EEA) and the International Securities Services Association (ISSA), where they collaborate with industry leaders to drive interoperability and set standards for the adoption of blockchain technology.
