## Description

Focal Therapeutics is a leading brand that specializes in providing innovative solutions for breast surgery. Their flagship product, the BioZorb® Implant, is a revolutionary 3D spiral bioabsorbable breast biopsy marker. This implant is embedded with 6 permanent, titanium clips that are designed to mark the surgical excision site with precision. The BioZorb® implant offers a range of benefits for patients undergoing Breast Conserving Surgery. It provides 3-dimensional targeting for radiation therapy and is designed to absorb into the body over several years. The implant comes in a range of sizes, including a Low Profile (LP) version for smaller surgical cavities. Clinical studies have shown that the BioZorb® marker yields excellent cosmetic outcomes for at least 2 years post-surgery. It also improves accuracy in radiation therapy targeting, as reported by 96% of radiation oncologists. Additionally, mammography imaging shows minimal scarring when BioZorb® is used to mark the surgical site. Focal Therapeutics' BioZorb® Implant is a game-changer in breast surgery, providing improved outcomes and enhanced confidence for both patients and physicians.
