Friends of Chernobyl's Children West Lothian (FOCC West Lothian) is an independent charity dedicated to improving the lives of children from Belarus affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Established in 2010, the organization brings groups of children to West Lothian for a month-long respite from their harsh living conditions, which often include inadequate housing, lack of running water, and severe winter temperatures.
