Focus Fairies Mentoring is a brand dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities on Chicago's West and Southside. They offer 1:1 and group mentoring programs for young girls and women of color, providing guidance and support to help them navigate the difficulties of adolescence and develop the confidence to be leaders for change. With a vision to improve Chicago's tomorrow, the founders and co-directors Darra & Kenya aim to create a culture of excellence and community-focused belonging.

They serve a diverse group of girls and young women, with a focus on Black and Brown girls from low income communities. Their programs, such as FEARLESS Beginnings and Girls R Us, prepare girls for the challenges of being an adolescent, preteen, and young adult through mentoring and learning experiences. Focus Fairies Mentoring also focuses on addressing issues such as peer pressure, bullying, stress, trauma, body image, etiquette, personal hygiene, self-esteem, relationship building, and identity development.
