# Foilpoint - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `foilpoint.nl` ## Description Foilpoint is a wingfoiling school based on the beach at Oostmahorn, founded by Jesse Huizenga, whose background is in windsurfing. The school welcomes newcomers to the sport and focuses on quality, safety and personal attention, helping students build the skills and confidence to get out on the water independently. Lessons are led by experienced, enthusiastic instructors and progress step by step. Students stay in contact with their instructor through a BB-Talks headset in their helmet, while a rescue boat is on hand for added safety. Early lessons that introduce the first moments on the foil are taught directly from the boat, helping instructors keep students close and return them to the right spot. After completing the lesson series and demonstrating skills such as foiling, controlled slowing and returning to the starting point, students receive an official level card.
