## Description

The Foire Exposition du Grand Villeneuvois is a community-focused trade fair and festival organized by the Aquidec association in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, in the Lot-et-Garonne region of southwestern France. Bringing together local businesses, producers, artisans and visitors, the event combines commercial exhibitions with food, entertainment and opportunities to discover regional culture. Previous editions have featured more than 120 exhibitors across 20,000 square metres, with displays arranged by sector.

Visitors can explore a village of local food producers, food trucks and themed bars, as well as an arts and crafts salon showcasing regional creators. The programme has also included a nature and environment space, wellness professionals, workshops, a pedagogical farm, games, pony rides and family activities. Evening events with DJs and themed music add a festive element to the fair.

The association announced that the 2026 edition is cancelled because of economic difficulties affecting businesses and exhibitors. Aquidec is developing a new format and hopes to welcome visitors back in 2027.
