## Description

Folket is a Stockholm-based agency that helps organizations build their own tailored in-house agency teams through a model it calls “outsourced in-house.” Combining the close integration of an internal team with the advantages of an external agency partner, Folket designs a solution around each client’s needs, business goals, and challenges. The company analyzes requirements, recruits a handpicked team, and takes responsibility for staffing, professional development, and day-to-day management.

Folket’s approach is intended to provide flexible, scalable access to the right expertise as client needs change. The company says customers have experienced improvements in quality, creativity, service, and efficiency, and reports helping some clients reduce costs by 30–50 percent through tailored teams, streamlined working methods, and AI tools. Its transparent payment model covers costs plus a fixed fee for management and ongoing development.

Founded in 2013, Folket has built agency teams for brands including PostNord, Arla, Skandia, Scandic, OKQ8, Åhléns, Synsam, Unibet, Dustin, Bonava, SF Studios, and Elon.
