## Description

The Department of FOMO is the home of Fomies, a collection of digital collectibles presented with the playful atmosphere of an office of intake and classification. Framed as a mysterious department with a clerk at the counter, a noticeboard, and mock administrative procedures, the brand invites visitors to enter its whimsical world and explore its cards. Fomies NFTs are intended for art, entertainment, and community participation. The site also points visitors to the Fomies social accounts and provides an intake email and phone extension, reinforcing the fictional office theme.

The Department’s notices emphasize that NFTs and cryptocurrency carry risks and that the project does not promise profits, resale value, liquidity, or future benefits. Any access, rewards, allocations, or community features may change or not materialize. NFT ownership does not automatically grant copyright, trademark, or unrestricted commercial rights to the artwork or branding. Visitors are encouraged to verify contracts and websites, protect their wallets, and make their own decisions. Overall, Fomies combines character-driven presentation with clear cautions about digital collectible ownership.
