## Description

The French Red Cross Foundation is a public-interest foundation dedicated to research in the humanities and social sciences. It funds and shares research intended to strengthen humanitarian and social action in the field, connecting academic work with the challenges faced by communities and practitioners. Its research focuses on areas including access to health care and epidemics, climate and disasters, migration and displacement, humanitarian transitions, and social connection and engagement.

The Foundation supports researchers and projects through funding opportunities and grants, and presents their work through publications, podcasts, multimedia content, and research awards. Its online resources help audiences explore supported studies and their findings. The Foundation also organizes events, conferences, and discussions on humanitarian and social issues, and publishes news about its activities and research.
