The Fondation Ababou is a non-governmental organization founded in 2011 in Morocco, with a mission to empower youth and women economically. They focus on two main areas: the reintegration of underprivileged Moroccan youth through employability, and the financial empowerment of women. The Inclusion Jeunes program has successfully trained and reintegrated over 1000 young girls and boys through vocational training. In addition, the Performer avec Elles program has initiated the first equality trophy for professional equality in Morocco, in partnership with the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs. The foundation also actively supports Rabat Ville sûre, a project against street harassment, and operates a social incubator to provide resources and opportunities for young women's entry into the workforce or the creation of income-generating activities.
