Its library was founded in 1951, and the Foundation was established in 1971. Recognised in UNESCO’s Memory of the World programme, it preserves and shares collections spanning around five millennia of written history. The museum welcomes the public to a permanent exhibition tracing the development of civilisation through a chronological journey, alongside temporary exhibitions exploring literature and its forms. Visitors can also join guided tours, take part in activities and events, and browse the museum shop. The Foundation’s library is accessible exclusively to researchers, while its wider work includes collection care, conservation and restoration, research, and digitisation. Through exhibitions, cultural programming and public information, the Foundation connects audiences with significant books, manuscripts and other objects, while supporting scholarly study of its collections. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Libraries and Museums _(under Science and Education)_ - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment - 🍿 Books and Literature _(under Arts and Entertainment)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/FondationBodmer) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/fondationmartinbodmer) - [youtube](https://youtube.com/user/LaFondationBodmer) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idxywOc7vD/w/400/h/80/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793164934774) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idxywOc7vD/w/1034/h/1034/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793164934980) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Macaroni and Cheese | #ffbc7d | accent | | Mine Shaft | #333333 | dark | | Roman | #d9534f | light | ## Fonts - Libre Franklin — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
