# Fondation de l'Institut Nazareth & Louis-Braille - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `fondationinlb.org` ## Description The Fondation de l’Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille is a Quebec-based charitable foundation dedicated to improving quality of life, autonomy, and social and cultural inclusion for people with partial or total vision loss. Established in 2000, it raises funds to support the Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille (INLB), the province’s only rehabilitation centre devoted exclusively to visual impairment, founded in 1861. The foundation has contributed several million dollars to the institute and can also fund other projects that benefit people with visual impairments. Its support includes specialized equipment, scholarships for students, emergency assistance for institute users, and projects run by community organizations. Recent grants have helped make theatre, music, sports, and accompaniment services more accessible. The foundation’s funding program supports a range of organizations serving people with visual impairments, with nearly $129,000 awarded in the year described. Individuals can contribute through online donations or consider a testamentary gift; official tax receipts are issued for donations of $20 or more. The foundation also provides information and guidance to prospective legacy donors. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🎗 Philanthropy _(under Community and Society)_ - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Developmental and Physical Disabilities _(under Health)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/profile.php?id=61561968818582) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/fondation-de-l-institut-nazareth-et) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHMm90_Hz/w/283/h/30/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793276749361) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Cerulean | #00b0f0 | accent | | Mine Shaft | #383838 | dark | | Antique Brass | #c49575 | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
