Organismes René-Verrier is a foundation that provides essential support to patients receiving palliative care and their families. With a focus on end-of-life care, they offer services ranging from hospice care to home visits, ensuring comfort and assistance during a challenging time. The Maison René-Verrier, one of Quebec's 35 palliative care homes, provides a peaceful environment with ten private rooms and accommodates around 140 patients annually.

Through the generosity of their financial partners and dedicated volunteers, all services are provided free of charge. Established in 1998 by the Verrier family, the René-Verrier Foundation has become a community-driven organization, offering free palliative care services and support to families in need. The Services René-Verrier extend their assistance directly to patients at home, providing a range of free services for both patients and their caregivers.

By collaborating with local partners, they support hundreds of families annually. Additionally, their specialized day center, "Havre d'Élizabeth Verrier," focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals needing palliative care, even before entering the end-of-life phase
