## Description

Fondazione Alice Benvenuti ETS is an Italian nonprofit organization supporting families with children affected by cancer and helping young people pursue their interests and ambitions. Inspired by Alice’s story, the foundation focuses on care, assistance, inclusion and solidarity, working to ensure families can stay close to children receiving medical treatment.

Its key service is Casa Accoglienza Alice, which provides free accommodation for families of children treated at Meyer Children’s Hospital, including those attending for short hospital stays. The foundation also offers activities that promote welcome, care, personal development and shared experiences for families, and provides support to pediatric healthcare facilities.

For younger generations, it funds scholarships and develops educational and community-building projects. Its initiatives include pediatric training for volunteer rescuers and support for a pediatric ambulance. The foundation also organizes fundraising events, welcomes volunteers and shares personal stories through its podcast, which explores the culture of giving through interviews and reflections. Donations, including Italy’s five-per-thousand tax contribution, help fund its work.
