## Description

Fondazione di Storia ETS is a Vicenza-based nonprofit foundation dedicated to research and public engagement in social and religious history. Established in 2017, it continues the work of the Institute for Social and Religious History, founded in 1975. Its research connects the history of the Veneto region with wider European and Asian contexts, while helping bring the history of the Venetian territories to international audiences.

The foundation supports historical research and the preservation and study of archival sources. Its activities include managing a library and historical collections, publishing books and research, and offering educational and cultural initiatives. It also organises events such as lectures, presentations, conferences and study days, often in collaboration with universities, cultural organisations and local institutions. These programmes explore subjects ranging from regional history and religious heritage to war, democracy and collective memory.

Fondazione di Storia ETS engages individuals, schools, businesses and supporters through opportunities to participate, learn and contribute.
