## Description

Fondazione Lanza is a study centre dedicated to applied ethics, bringing ethical reflection into dialogue with contemporary social, scientific and environmental challenges. Its work is organised around three main areas: ethics, philosophy and theology; ethics and medicine; and ethics and environmental policy. Through research projects and educational pathways, the Foundation explores topics including civic ethics, integral ecology, bioethics, human vulnerability, climate responsibility and the energy transition.

The organisation shares its work through public events, seminars, conferences, training courses and online discussions, often in collaboration with other institutions and community organisations. Its activities are intended to encourage informed debate and connect ethical ideas with practical choices in society and public life. Fondazione Lanza also produces publications, including recent books and the journal Etica per le Professioni. Its library supports research and public access to knowledge through books, periodicals, bibliographic resources and freely accessible publications. With its programme of research, learning and cultural exchange, the Foundation provides resources and opportunities for people interested in the ethical dimensions of medicine, public policy, citizenship and care for the environment.
