Foodist İstanbul is a premier international food and beverage exhibition that showcases the potential of the Turkish food sector on a global stage. Scheduled to take place from September 1 to 4, 2027, at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center in Istanbul, this event offers an exceptional opportunity for industry professionals to connect, explore partnerships, and discover innovative products and services. 

The fair is organized by Tüyap Fuarcılık Group and ALZ Fuar, in collaboration with the Turkish Food Platform, bringing together key industry stakeholders such as the Turkish Exporters Assembly, various export unions, and the Turkish Food and Beverage Industry Associations Federation. Foodist İstanbul aims to highlight an array of offerings, including essential food products, meats, beverages, confectionery, dairy products, and gourmet supplies. 

With over 1,000 participating companies and thousands of visitors from around the world, Foodist İstanbul promises to be the central hub for shaping the future of the global food sector.
