Food Outreach is a unique brand that provides nutritional support and enhances the quality of life for individuals living with HIV or cancer. As the only organization offering these services in our region, we serve clients in 150 Missouri and Illinois zip codes, ranging from 19 to 96 years old. Our comprehensive program includes Scratch-Prepared Meals, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, and a Shelf-Stable Grocery Program, all designed by our in-house Chef and Registered Dietitian.

We also offer individualized dietetic counseling, nutrition and cooking education classes, a weekly three-course meal, nutrition supplements, and meal home delivery for those who are homebound. To be eligible for our services, individuals must provide proof of diagnosis and meet income guidelines. The majority of our clients live below the Federal Poverty Level.

All of our services are completely free of charge, allowing clients to allocate their limited resources to housing and other necessities. With 800 volunteers and support from generous donations, we are able to provide medically tailored meals, dietetic counseling, nutrition education, and more to over 1,500 clients annually.
