## Description

FoodzUp is a food-waste reduction platform that connects local retailers with nearby associations and shoppers to give unsold food a useful second life. It serves artisans, shops, supermarkets, individuals, food banks and nonprofit organizations through a local network designed to make redistribution straightforward.

Retailers can create a profile, set their service area and list surplus products in just a few steps. They can offer items as discounted Flash Sales or donate them to associations. If a listed item remains unsold, it can automatically switch to a charitable donation. FoodzUp charges a 12% commission on Flash Sales, while an optional Zen subscription is available for €19 per month. The platform also provides automatic donation receipts.

Shoppers can find discounted food, with offers advertised at a minimum 50% off, pay securely through Stripe and collect purchases from local stores. Associations receive free, commission-free access to eligible donations, with priority access and real-time notifications to help organize collection. FoodzUp supports local businesses and community solidarity while helping reduce food waste.
