## Description

Foothills Artistic Swimming is a community sports organization based in Okotoks, offering artistic swimming programs that bring together the skills of swimming, gymnastics and dance. The club provides recreation and competitive streams, giving participants options for taking part in the sport. Its 2026–2027 season runs from September 2026 to April 2027, and registration is open.

Programs help swimmers build physical and aquatic literacy while learning new ways to move both in and out of the water. The club also highlights the fitness and health benefits of participation, alongside teamwork and the chance to make friends. Its coaches are trained in AQUAGO, a Canada-wide grassroots program for artistic swimming.

Foothills Artistic Swimming shares information about its programs, registration, events and other resources through its website. The organization presents the sport as an engaging combination of athletic movement and creative expression, welcoming young swimmers to develop skills, stay active and enjoy the social side of participating in a team-based aquatic activity.
