## Description

Kentucky River Foothills Development Council, Inc. is a community-focused organization serving Clark, Estill, Madison, and Powell counties in Kentucky. Its mission is to empower people with low incomes to build self-reliance, realize their potential, and move toward lasting stability. Guided by local needs and community engagement, the organization connects individuals and families with practical support and opportunities to strengthen their quality of life.
