Welcome to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library & Museum in Grand Rapids, MI! Our museum and library showcase the remarkable lives and times of President Gerald R. Ford and First Lady Betty Ford. At the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum, you can explore our permanent exhibits, including the current online exhibit on the 1976 Presidential Election, which provides fascinating insights into the race. We also have a feature exhibit called A Heartbeat Away: The American Vice-Presidency, commemorating the 50th anniversary of President Ford's Vice-Presidency. This exhibit delves into the history of the office and showcases artifacts from various Vice Presidents who, like Ford, unexpectedly ascended to the Presidency. In addition, we have an upcoming exhibit called Exploring Watergate, which examines the impact of the Watergate break-in on politics, the media, and public perception of the Presidency. Plan your visit today to experience the rich history and captivating stories preserved at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Library & Museum. Our museum hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from Noon to 5 PM. You can also purchase tickets online. We offer educational programs, tours, and special events for both students and adults. For researchers, the Gerald R.
