# Ford Madox Ford - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `fordmadoxford.org` ## Description The Ford Madox Ford Society is an international literary society founded in 1997 to promote knowledge of and interest in the life and work of author Ford Madox Ford (1873–1939). A registered charity, it welcomes readers, students, scholars and enthusiasts interested in Ford and his literary circle. The society’s website serves as a resource for exploring Ford’s biography, books, first editions, translations, archives and critical scholarship. Ford wrote nearly 80 books and edited two influential periodicals, the English Review and the transatlantic review. His best-known works include The Good Soldier and the Parade’s End tetralogy; he also wrote poetry, memoirs, criticism and reflections on his Pre-Raphaelite childhood. The society supports engagement through membership, news and events, a newsletter, a journal and a blog featuring writing on Ford and related topics. It also shares bibliographies, information about publications by society members, and resources on the BBC adaptation of Parade’s End. Readers can access selected chapters from the International Ford Madox Ford Studies series free each month. ## Industries - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Literature _(under Science and Education)_ - 🍿 Arts and Entertainment - 🍿 Books and Literature _(under Arts and Entertainment)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/fordmadoxfordsociety) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG, SVG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idKriLt0J9/w/820/h/820/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792822436468) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idKriLt0J9/w/447/h/447/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792822436734) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Porsche | #e8b068 | accent | | Black Pearl | #030512 | dark | | Sail | #a9d7f8 | light | ## Fonts - Georgia — asset _(custom)_ - Georgia — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
