## Description

Fore Hadley Foundation is an Atlanta-area nonprofit dedicated to taking the fight to congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), a serious birth defect. Founded in memory of Hadley Kate Bush, who lived six days, the organization works to honor her life by supporting families affected by CDH, raising awareness, and funding academic medical research toward better outcomes and a cure. The foundation reports raising more than $2 million for CDH research and support, and emphasizes hope and transparency in its work.

Its programs include the Fore Hadley CDH Research Fund, the Fore Hope Scholarship Fund, and the Fore Hadley Angels in the NICU Fund. The foundation also shares family stories and provides CDH information and family resources. To engage supporters and raise funds, it hosts events including an annual charity golf classic, auctions, and Hops and Hope gatherings. Donations and community participation help sustain its research and family-support efforts. Fore Hadley Foundation is a Georgia-registered nonprofit and an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization.
