## Description

FORMAUTISME is a French nonprofit association dedicated to sharing knowledge and promoting the inclusion of autistic people in education, social life, and employment. Working with recognized autism experts, including Josef Schovanec and Jean-Philippe Piat, the association provides information, training, and conferences on autism spectrum disorder, difference, and inclusion. Its work includes sharing up-to-date knowledge and promoting interventions recommended by France’s Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS).

FORMAUTISME aims to help schools and workplaces make appropriate adaptations so that autistic people can develop their potential. It emphasizes individualized support, accessible teaching and environments, and recognition of each person’s strengths. The association offers training and conference programs, and its website brings together educational resources, interviews, videos, radio and television appearances, articles, and information about events and round tables. Its contributors include professionals with experience in autism, such as psychologist and specialist trainer Cécile Cousin. Based in Normandy and registered as a French Loi 1901 association, FORMAUTISME works toward a more inclusive society by building understanding and practical connections between autistic people and the wider community.
