As an accomplished artist, Aoife's artwork adorns the walls of the beautifully appointed studio, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all clients. The dedicated and experienced teachers, such as Pamela Hogan and Carolyn MacLachlan, bring their expertise in Pilates to help clients improve their physical health and appearance. Although the school sadly lost a beloved teacher, Damian Poder, his spirit and energy continue to be the foundation of Form School.
