## Description

Formsteel is a New Zealand-owned steel building company that has delivered commercial and industrial structures since 1972. The business engineers, consents, fabricates, and delivers complete building solutions through one experienced team, serving builders, developers, and specifiers across New Zealand. Its projects span agriculture and processing, aviation and aerospace, commercial and retail, logistics and storage, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and workshops.

Formsteel combines design and engineering, council and compliance coordination, precision fabrication, delivery, and project management. Its Structural.IQ™ platform supports rapid modelling and engineering, while its patented SuperSpan™ beam system enables long clear spans with less material. Other offerings include AlloyCoat corrosion protection and turnkey building systems. Formsteel states that its structures are designed for New Zealand conditions, supported by mill-certified steel and independently reviewed structural performance data. The company highlights shorter build times, customisable designs, reduced material use, and lower embodied carbon as customer benefits. With more than 2,000 structures delivered, Formsteel backs every structure with a 50-year structural guarantee.
