## Description

Formula Zero is an elite basketball community and training camp led by Damian Lillard, built for driven players who are committed to improving through hard work, accountability, and authentic character development. The program focuses on more than on-court performance: it aims to help athletes grow as people, build confidence, support one another, and pursue success without skipping steps. Lillard and Phil Beckner lead on-court skills training and off-court development, sharing guidance intended to help participants meet challenges with purpose and persistence.

Formula Zero is selective and designed for high school and college athletes who bring a relentless passion for doing things differently. Its 2026 Elite Camp is scheduled for August 12–16 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is presented as an opportunity for top high school players and college counselors to take part in the program. The brand emphasizes that its approach is genuine rather than superficial, positioning the camp as a catalyst for meaningful personal and athletic growth.
