## Description

Formyna is an artisanal food brand based in Carpi, Italy, creating fresh fermented plant-based specialties from certified organic cashews. Its products are handmade using a simple base of cashews, water, salt, and cultures, then naturally fermented and matured slowly to develop distinct flavors. The process includes careful ingredient selection, soaking, lactic fermentation, hand shaping, and maturation in a controlled environment.

The range features five varieties, each with its own character and intensity: Aretha combines walnuts and rosemary; Lucio pairs savory and fenugreek; Mina blends black olives and lavender; Yoko brings together Lapsang Souchong tea and black pepper; and Frank features black truffle pâté and vegetable charcoal. Customers can purchase individual 120-gram products or choose tasting kits, including selections of three, all five varieties, or nine items. Formyna also provides pairing guidance and ideas for serving its products, from simple accompaniments to use in risottos and pasta. Orders are shipped in refrigerated packaging, with free shipping on qualifying purchases and certain kits, and local customers can collect orders at the Carpi workshop.
