## Description

Forstamt Gardening is a garden-focused project documenting what grows in its garden and what each plant needs. Presented through “Der Garten Index,” the site invites visitors to explore plant stories by selecting an image and moving clockwise to discover more. Its growing collection combines practical garden subjects with individual plants, offering an accessible, visual way to follow the garden over time.

The index features a varied selection, including the Klimt Villa rose, bottle gourd, frying peppers, mulch, Rudbeckia, “Eight Balls,” dinner-plate dahlias, basil, lamb’s lettuce, tomatoes, physalis, and cosmos. Together, these entries suggest an interest in both edible crops and ornamental planting, as well as the materials and care involved in gardening. The site is available in German and English and encourages visitors to follow the garden, with updates also associated with the @forstamtgardening account. Garden photographs are credited to Andrea Haumer, and the site provides RSS and sitemap links.
