## Description

Fortunalista is a financial education platform created in 2017 by Margarethe Honisch to help women take charge of their money and learn to invest with confidence. It addresses topics including budgeting, financial planning, ETFs, stocks, retirement provision, alternative investments and money mindset, with attention to issues such as the gender pay gap and retirement insecurity. Fortunalista offers resources for women at different stages of their financial journey, from a free money-mindset challenge and investment strategy training to its Investment Code course and the Inner Circle programme on stocks and returns. The platform also shares articles, a podcast, YouTube content and social media resources to make financial learning accessible and practical. Its courses guide participants in developing investment strategies aligned with their goals, time horizons and risk tolerance, and in understanding companies and making informed investment decisions. Fortunalista says it does not operate on a commission basis or recommend specific products. Its team includes experienced investors and economics experts, and the organisation also contributes expertise to Germany’s national financial education strategy.
