## Description

Fort Worth Aikikai is a traditional aikido dojo serving adults aged 16 and older in Fort Worth, Texas. It offers aikido classes at the Chisholm Trail Community Center and welcomes newcomers to observe or participate in a class before deciding to join. Classes meet Thursdays from 6:40 to 7:40 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30, in the center’s aerobics studio at 4936 McPherson Boulevard. Participation requires both a City of Fort Worth community center membership and registration for the aikido activity. Listed rates are $40 per year for resident individuals or $60 per year for non-residents, plus $40 per month for the class. Discounted community center memberships are available for seniors, families, and youths. To enroll, students can find Aikido in the city activity listings and select Chisholm Trail Community Center as the location. Fort Worth Aikikai also shares announcements and resources online and invites prospective and current students to connect by email or through its Discord community to ask questions, meet fellow students, and receive updates.
