## Description

Forum Asset Management is an alternative asset manager, investor and developer focused on real estate, private equity and infrastructure across North America. Its stated purpose is to deliver “Extraordinary Outcomes” for stakeholders, combining an entrepreneurial approach with a focus on value creation and positive impact. Forum reports $3.9 billion in enterprise assets under management, investments in Canada and the United States, and a team of more than 74 professionals.

In real estate, Forum acquires, develops and manages residential and commercial properties in Canada. Its portfolio spans condominiums, apartments, student housing, offices and retail, with projects in cities including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Winnipeg and Guelph. Through private equity, the firm provides growth, buyout and project equity to middle-market sustainable infrastructure and essential-service platforms. Infrastructure is also one of Forum’s core investment areas; the firm notes that its legacy business included developing public-private partnership and infrastructure projects.

Forum’s activities bring together investment, development and asset management across varied sectors and geographies.
