Established in 2018 under the presidency of Pascal Lamy, this forum has played a vital role in Tunisia, facilitating the establishment of the Maritime Affairs Secretariat, the Maritime Cluster, and the deep-water port in Enfidha. In 2021, it initiated the creation of a "Mediterranean Elected Officials Coalition." In line with the forum's objectives, La Saison Bleue was founded in 2018. Recognizing the lack of emphasis on sustainable development along the Tunisian coastline, La Saison Bleue dedicates itself to protecting the coast and marine environment. By organizing various events and campaigns, it raises awareness about environmental preservation and encourages sustainable practices.
