Forward Bike Fit is a Melbourne cycling clinic in Kensington, helping riders improve comfort, efficiency and performance through personalised bike fitting. Led by Dr Anders, an AHPRA-registered chiropractor with more than 20 years of cycling experience and 10 years of clinical expertise, the clinic combines clinical assessment with practical adjustments tailored to each cyclist’s body, riding habits and goals.

Services include Clinical, Performance, Pre-purchase and Virtual bike fits. Clinical sessions combine a chiropractic assessment and treatment with a tailored fit, while pre-purchase fitting can help riders assess bike sizes and models before buying. The clinic works with a range of cyclists, from beginners and commuters to road, gravel and triathlon riders, and fits most road, gravel, cyclocross, mountain, track, triathlon and time-trial bikes. BMX and downhill bike fits are not offered.

Sessions typically take about two hours and include discussion of riding goals, movement assessment, observation on the bike, adjustments and testing. Forward Bike Fit also offers 30- and 60-minute sports massage sessions.
