## Description

For Women is a women’s wellbeing and education brand founded by Fanny Wehrey, a trainer, coach and speaker. Its work helps women understand their menstrual cycle and use knowledge of its four hormonal phases in everyday personal, professional, social and romantic life. The approach combines practical information with physical, spiritual and reflective practices, presenting cycle awareness as a concrete way to better understand the body, needs and changing energy.

For Women offers workshops and training, including introductory sessions on the menstrual cycle and the six-day Menstru’Elles programme. It also hosts women’s circles, including gatherings inspired by the 13 new moons and themes such as truth, respect and love. The Moonboard is a central tool for tracking cycle phases, recognising emotional, physical and mental patterns, and making more informed choices. The accompanying 52-card Menstrueuses deck is designed to help women explore and communicate their cycle-related feelings and needs. Through these services and resources, For Women encourages greater self-understanding and clearer communication with others.
