## Description

Foundayo™ (orforglipron) is a once-daily oral prescription weight management medication developed by Eli Lilly and Company, approved for adults with obesity or overweight with weight-related medical problems — used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Foundayo is the only GLP-1 receptor agonist pill that can be taken any time of day with no food or water restrictions — a meaningful convenience advantage over other oral GLP-1 medications. In clinical trials, adults taking the 17.2 mg dose lost up to 25 pounds (~11%) over 72 weeks. Available through LillyDirect® with home delivery, retail pharmacy, and savings programmes regardless of insurance status, Foundayo represents Lilly's landmark entry into the oral GLP-1 weight management market.
