## Description

Stacy’s FoundedByHer is a directory and discovery resource created by Stacy’s to help people find businesses founded by women. The initiative addresses the challenge of locating smaller female-founded companies, making it easier for consumers to direct their spending toward women entrepreneurs. Its online directory lets visitors search businesses across categories including food and beverage, beauty and self-care, retail and e-commerce, healthcare and wellness, technology, professional services, arts and entertainment, and more. Featured founders showcase the range of businesses listed, from food brands and restaurants to farms and service providers.

FoundedByHer also invites female founders to register their businesses and become more visible to potential customers and connections. Stacy’s says the program aims to help participants make contacts, gain press attention, reach new customers, and find financing; founders may also have the opportunity to be featured in Stacy’s advertising. The initiative reflects Stacy’s commitment, as a female-founded company, to supporting women entrepreneurs. The site is associated with Frito-Lay North America, a division of PepsiCo.
