## Description

Foundry Grappling is a community-focused martial arts gym in Oldham offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), No-Gi grappling and submission wrestling for children, teens and adults. Formerly known as Strategy Fight Team Oldham, the gym provides structured programmes for beginners, experienced practitioners and aspiring competitors, with coaching focused on technical development, practical application and individual progress.

Classes include kids’ BJJ, adult Gi and No-Gi training, and open mat sessions. A progressive curriculum supports clear goals and belt development, while separate classes cater to different ages and experience levels. The gym’s coaches bring experience in BJJ, No-Gi grappling and competition, and aim to create a welcoming, supportive training environment.

Foundry Grappling presents martial arts as a way to learn self-defence while developing fitness, strength, flexibility, confidence and resilience. Adult membership is listed at £60 per month for unlimited adult BJJ classes; under-16 membership is £25 per month for eligible kids’ and teens’ classes. New visitors can try a class free, with no obligation.
