## Description

Les Fous Chantants d'Alès is a vibrant choral festival that takes place annually in the picturesque Cévennes region of France, bringing together around 1,000 singers to celebrate French music. Established over 25 years ago, this event has become one of Europe's largest choral gatherings, showcasing the passion of amateur singers from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Each year, the festival features an honored guest artist—in 2024, the talented Vianney will grace the event. The festival not only focuses on choral singing but also emphasizes community and collaboration through various activities and workshops designed for participants. With a commitment to social responsibility, the festival embraces eco-friendly practices, labeled as a Detonating Event. The dedicated team of volunteers and artistic directors ensures a warm and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of family among attendees. As they prepare for the next edition, running from July 20 to July 27, 2024, Les Fous Chantants continues to inspire and unite through the powerful medium of song.
