## Description

The Federação Portuguesa de Aeromodelismo (FPAm) is Portugal’s national federation dedicated to aeromodelling, representing a community of enthusiasts and clubs. Based in Lisbon, it supports the development and organisation of the sport through information, resources and activities for members and participants. Its website lists affiliated clubs and flying locations, national events and competition calendars, and highlights national champions and federation news.

The FPAm provides guidance on aeromodelling categories and classes, including national and international classes recognised by the FAI. It publishes regulations and safety rules, along with official forms, templates, activity plans, budgets, accounts and other federation documents. Members can also find information about insurance policy coverage and access technical support through its commissions, technicians and judges.

Training is another part of the federation’s work, with courses including F3A and F4 judging. For international participation, the site offers FAI documents and support. The FPAm also shares event information, such as its anniversary gatherings, and provides contact details for enquiries, suggestions and assistance.
