## Description

Fractiona provides multi-tenant technology infrastructure for institutions and developers working with real-world assets on the XRP Ledger. Its platform helps banks, financial institutions, asset managers, funds, fintechs and asset originators structure, tokenize and manage assets across their digital lifecycle. Real estate is the initial focus, with the infrastructure designed to extend to other asset classes.

Each institution operates in an isolated environment and retains control over its assets, users, roles, policies, eligibility criteria, jurisdictions and issuer and compliance wallets. Fractiona supports asset origination and tokenization, identity and eligibility workflows, operational approvals, multi-jurisdiction processes, settlement coordination, audit evidence and integrations with institutional systems. Transactions are prepared by the platform, signed outside it by an authorized party, and validated on XRPL.

Fractiona does not custody client funds or private keys, operate a marketplace, or act as a financial intermediary, issuer or distributor. Its services are technology infrastructure, not legal, tax or financial advice; regulatory decisions remain with the responsible institution and its advisers. Pilot and enterprise deployment options are available.
